Downloading Webinar Recordings
Each broadcast you make on the platform is automatically recorded and stored.
To view and use a recording: Select your community from Your communities drop down. Select Webinars, then click on Webinar actions and click on Edit Webinar. You must be a community administrator to have access to the controls.
Select Auto-Webinar recording.
To download the video click on Download MP4 recording
The video will open in the same tab and start playing. Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom right, above the video scroll bar and click on the Download button:
